How do I get tax exemption on my orders?Updated 2 months ago

We’re happy to support tax-exempt organizations!

To get started, please email a copy of your sales tax exemption certificate to [email protected]. Be sure to include:

• Your organization’s name and address

• The email and phone number for the purchasing contact

Once we receive this info, we will make you an account and get in touch with you to confirm it is all set up.

After that, you’ll need to place your order by phone at (802) 227-7200 so we can apply your tax-exempt status.

Please note: We're unable to refund sales tax on orders placed online.
