If your tracking shows “Delivered” but there’s no sign of your order, here’s what to do:

• Check around your property — including porches, garages, side doors, and other safe spots where the carrier might have tucked it away.

• Ask neighbors or building staff — it’s common for packages to be picked up by a neighbor or held at a front desk or mailroom.

• Verify your shipping address — double-check your order confirmation to make sure everything was entered correctly.

• Give it 24 hours — occasionally, a package is marked “Delivered” a little early and arrives the next day.
