Lost or Delayed Packages
At American Meadows, we know how exciting it is to watch your garden dreams take root. That’s why we pack every order with care — and if something goes off track, we’re here to help make it right.
Once your order leaves our hands and is on its way with the carrier, tracking updates are provided directly by them. What you see in your tracking information is exactly what we see, too.
It may take 24–48 hours for tracking to update after shipping.
Sometimes, tracking pauses for a few days while your package is still in transit.
Most orders deliver in 3-7 days. We pack our plants to survive up to 10 days in transit.
If your order hasn’t arrived within that 10 day window, reach out to our Customer Service team — we’ll gladly help with a refund or replacement. You can reach us through the contact button below this article, or via the chat widget on the lower right hand side of our site.
Damaged packages
We understand the disappointment of receiving a damaged package. If you package arrives damaged, please reach out to our customer support team with photos of the delivery.
