Changing Your Ship Week
Need your plants ship earlier or later? No problem! We can adjust your ship week if you reach out by phone, chat, or email.

Changing Your Shipping Address
Once an order has been placed, we cannot change the shipping address. Get in touch via chat or email to cancel your order so it can be re-ordered with the correct shipping address.
Removing Items From Your Order
If you need to remove items from your order, you’ll have to call us directly.
Since we collect payment at the time of purchase and begin preparing for your order as soon as its placed, we strongly suggest keeping your order as it was placed initially. If you truly need to pare things back, our team will be happy to help by phone.
