Live goods, including perennials, bare roots, and bulbs, cannot be returned.  

We accept returns of bulk seeds and hard goods within 30 days of receipt. These will need to be returned in sellable condition at the customer’s expense. 

Return Process – Seeds & Hard Goods

If you would like to return seeds or hard goods, please follow these steps:

1. Ship the items using a trackable shipping method to the address below:

2. Email your tracking number and order details to our customer service team at [email protected].
3. Once we receive your return, we’ll promptly process a refund to your original payment method and send you an email confirming the refund. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
