We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel an order, please submit your cancellation request at least one week prior to the start of your scheduled shipping week.
Cancellation requests made within one week of your scheduled ship date are not guaranteed.
If your order is set to ship immediately, you may not be able to cancel once the order is placed.
Requests to cancel can be made by chat, email, or phone call.
